With over 25 years experience across diverse industries (insurance, mental health, tech, utilities, HR, customer service & more), I’ve seen every flavor of transformation (digital, cultural, operational, and existential). I’ve also seen how much time, energy, and money organizations waste when they treat change like a checklist instead of a human process.
